Restoration Certification. The IICRC is a nonprofit certifying body for the inspection, cleaning and restoration
industry. It's mission is to set and promote standards, ethics and technical proficiency in the science of cleaning
and restoration.

Gary O'Neill
Gary O'Neill is the second generation proprietor of O'Neill & Sons. Gary started in the commercial carpet
cleaning industry nearly twenty years ago with a small business. He and his partners eventually sold that
business to a larger carpet conglomerate for a chance to take over the family business. His father, who
successfully launched his first business almost forty years ago, soon retired and let Gary assume operational
control of the business. Under the direction of his father, he then decided to shift business gears and provide
customers with a fully vertical carpeting service from sales to installation to maintenance. Gary sees the value in
becoming the "one-stop" for a customer's carpeting needs. This has allowed him to build relationships that last
through a number of carpet cycles. Each time, these customers rely on O'Neill & Sons to consistently deliver the
quality service that they have come to expect of them. Gary is a native New Jersey son who spends his free time
cycling, snowboarding, sailing, and raising his two young children.
